Kava King Products ships anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.
We are happy to ship internationally where permitted. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs. We are not responsible for the actions of Customs that might result in the loss of an order. We will provide tracking information upon request.

In addition, several online retailers and distributors sell our products and do a wonderful job with international orders and offer discounted pricing and shipping methods. Please consider giving them a try as well.

Our primary shipping method is through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We are proud to offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. All other orders will be charged a $6.50 flat rate and shipped the same way, unless specified by the customer.

UPS is our secondary method of shipping. You will be charged according to the online total on any orders under $125 dollars. Please be aware that UPS only ships to physical addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

Please allow up to 24 hours (one business day) for us to confirm your payment information and process your order. Any orders received after 3 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

We do our best to make sure orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. You will be contacted by a representative if there is an issue with an order.

If you placed an order within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, and do not receive it within 2 weeks, please contact customer service at 800-638-0082 between the hours of 8am-3pm EST. International customers, please call 386-673-4247.

We do our best to ship to the right address with the information provided by the customer. Please check your address for accuracy before submitting an order. Please contact us if you realize you have provided us with the wrong information, or if your information changes after placing an order.
Please contact us right away if you receive an order with apparent shipping damage. We will file an insurance claim with our carrier and see that you receive a replacement of the damaged product. Make sure to save all paperwork and packaging.


We accept returns on products purchased directly from, or our mail order phone line. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date listed on the receipt.

The safety seal must NOT be broken in order to make a return. 

Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. After the return is processed, a credit will be issued to the original credit card account less the restocking fee.

Please contact us to obtain an authorization number prior to shipping a return.
